Planning and draft SOPs ready, next steps to move to design events playbook and skill
Good progress, structure ready and SOPs to be reviewed
Done means: Continue and repeat the email-flow goal from the prior month. By 31 Jul, flows delivering ≥1 lead per newsletter.
The car goes from A to B 🚗 — this goal directly moves your KPIs this month.
Upgrade the road to a highway 🛣️ — makes hitting your KPIs easier in the future.
A great restaurant along the route 🍝 — extra value for members. Optional.
The number you directly influence — your own steering wheel. If it moves, it's because of what your team did.
The result that follows later, often depending on other departments. You can't push it directly — your leading work pushes it for you.
The tsunami rule: when your leading and lagging KPIs are both behind, do more Prove and stop Scale. You don't renovate the kitchen when a tsunami is coming. 🌊

Done means: By 31 Jul, Blotato posting 6/week; UGC trial ships 1 video and shows CPL vs current social.
Why: Deprioritised, not attempted. The CREATE slot went to foundations (tracking) and the member-referral channel instead of an unproven content trial. Blotato posting and the UGC video never shipped.
Decision: drop — A CPL experiment on an unproven channel. That CREATE energy now goes to member referrals, ~€0 CPL vs paid social's unknown CPL, so advocacy is the higher-leverage route to the same volume goal. Social content stays parked until tracking is live to measure it, then we revisit as a deliberate test, not a default.
Why: Deprioritised by choice, not attempted. The CREATE slot went to foundations, the tracking and the member-referral channel, instead of an unproven content trial. Blotato posting and the UGC video never shipped because the effort went to higher-leverage work.
Decision: drop — It was a CPL experiment on an unproven channel. The same CREATE energy now goes into member referrals, which run at roughly €0 CPL against paid social's unknown CPL, so advocacy is the higher-leverage route to the same volume goal. Social content stays parked until the tracking foundations are live and can actually measure it, at which point we revisit it as a deliberate test, not a default.
